Customised solutions to complex problems

Social Leadership Australia works with a diversity of business, government and not-for-profit organisations to design and deliver customised leadership development programs for people leading change on complex problems.

We have been engaged in an ongoing strategic partnership with the National Australia Bank since 2007 to develop the leadership capabilities of the bank's top two talent streams and challenge their understanding of the bank's community responsibility and impacts.

In 2012 we began working with the Australian Public Service SES leaders, as well as a Federal Government department, a national government agency and a national higher educational institution on initiatives to develop leadership skills to meet the challenges of change and drive innovation.

In 2013 we worked with a leadership group at Johnson & Johnson Medical, and with a large cohort of leaders coming grips with the NSW homelessness sector reform at the behest of Housing NSW and NSW Federation of Housing Associations

Social Leadership Australia was founding partner with Desert Knowledge Australia in the inaugural Alice Springs Desert Leadership Program in 2012 (and this continued in 2013). Also in 2013 we continued our work with a core group from our Headland Indigenous Leaders program.
