Rosamund Christie, MA

Rosamund has been co-facilitating Social Leadership Australia’s Adaptive and Ignite NAB programs since 2008. She finds her work with SLA the most personally fulfilling of her career.

Rosamund is an adjunct faculty member of the AGSM MBA Programs at the University of New South Wales. She teaches Foundations of Management, Management Communication and Adaptive Leadership in the full-time MBA Program and contributes to AGSM Executive Education programs.

Her keen interest in women’s leadership has led to her developing and teaching a number of programs for women in universities in Australia. She has also developed the Shakespeare Leadership Program, combining her experience in leadership with a lifelong interest in court theatre to create a program of personal transformation to effective leadership.

Rosamund is Director of To the Point Communications and is a highly experienced Executive Coach. She has a Master of Arts from the University of Sydney. She is an accredited practitioner of Myers Briggs Type Indicator and the LSI 360 degree feedback inventory, a qualified mediator (LEADR accreditation), and is a member of the International Coaching Federation. Rosamund has participated in The Art and Practice of Leadership Development program at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
