Sydney Leadership Breakfast Workshop: Creating a culture of creativity through conflict and constraint

Why do we love to talk about the need to innovate but so rarely manage to make it happen?

Because true innovation requires "heat" and we don't know how to deal with conflict productively.

Innovation is about listening to the voices on the margins and working with diversity, dissent and difference. It's about resisting the cult of 'yes' and working with the 'no' - working with conflict (not against it).

Innocation is a leadership practice.

Join Social Leadership Australia, Sydney Leadership participants, alumni and friends for breakfast as we explore:

- What is innovation and where does it emerge?

- How can we foster innovation when 'the system' tends to stifle new ways of thinking?

- What are the skills we need to work with different values, beliefs and interests?

- How do we make friends with conflict to bring the marginal into the mainstream?

Places are limited so bookings are essential. Register here.
