High Resolves is a not‐for‐profit, non‐religious educational initiative that seeks to motivate high school students to view themselves as purposeful global citizens and to acquire the mindsets and skills they will need to lead their communities, and the world, to a brighter future. The program is delivered through a creative mix of interactive simulations, role‐playing exercises and small‐group discussions to help students to grow into their role as leaders working to improve their schools and to serve society. My role as Program Director is to continue the development and growth of the program into more schools in NSW.
